The Brand:
Czech National Agency for International Education and Research (DZS) is a state institution facilitating foreign exchange and cooperation for all people from primary school pupils to adults from the Czech Republic and around the world.

The former director Dana Petrova brought a healthy drive to the institution and created the conditions for each of the employees to be able to do their job to the best of their ability. She decided to codify this organizational culture, which is atypical in the public sector, through a brand strategy. This had to be developed during covid lockdowns, when teams could only meet virtually.

Our mission:
We designed and implemented a series of online workshops that involved the organization's management, representatives of the communications team, and rank-and-file employees / We facilitated the workshops and also wrote down the deliverables from the workshops - the chapters of the brand strategy / We prepared a model implementation workshop, which we taught to representatives of the DZS team to lead, so that the entire organization could go through the gradual training
