One of the plots is located directly in the spa zone. The investor intended to use this location to build a medical facility that would combine spa tradition with the latest technology. The ambition was to attract top doctors and patients from all over the Czech Republic and the border regions.

We have researched the possibilities of combining local natural healing resources with modern medicine. We focused on the use of peat in medical procedures and the conditions of cooperation with health insurance companies. At the same time, we analyzed the typologies of private medical facilities in the world and the latest trends in their architecture. The result was a comprehensive analysis, which the investor used for negotiations with partners and as a basis for further expert studies.
