The Korbička jewellery shop, founded by goldsmith Luboš Korbička, is known for its precise workmanship of precious stones of various colours, which makes it sought after by demanding clientele from all over the Czech Republic.

The company's CEO, Eva Sovová, approached us with a request for a professional evaluation of the brand's communication activities. She wanted to assess the relevance of the content on the website and social media, the proportionality of the marketing budget and get recommendations on the brand architecture.
Clear recommendations and a suggested course of action
We invited experts from a performance agency to cooperate with us and first conducted a search of foreign competitors. Based on this, we developed a list of practical recommendations on how to adjust communications to better support business objectives. We also drew up a roadmap with recommended steps for further brand development. We presented everything to the client in person to allow room for discussion and to answer any questions.
